For the Chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest.
Step 2: Cook the Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set the pasta aside.
